Lehman Associates is a privately held executive search firm formed in 1981. Using a team approach, we provide retained search services to find senior level talent for executive positions from VP to CEO and for corporate and nonprofit boards.

Executive Search Services

  • Level of candidate: minimum 15 years experience and base salary in excess of $150K.
  • Average length of search: 120 days turnkey.
  • Fees: Flat fee quoted according to level of position. Actual expenses billed separately.

Board Search Services

  • Public & private company boards (compensated board searches only)
  • Large nonprofit boards
  • Average length of search: 120 days turnkey
  • Fees: $35M-$90M (based on size of company and number of directors)
