Lehman Associates announces the addition of Gwen Schirpik to the company’s leadership team. Gwen will provide executive search services to Lehman Associates’ clients in multiple industries. She joins Lehman Associates as the next step in her successful headhunting career.

Most recently, she spent nearly 20 years in a boutique consulting/ headhunting firm that specialized in executive roles, primarily for technology clients. She was the company’s general manager. Earlier in her career, Gwen worked in-house for technology companies that were acquired by Blackbaud (NASDAQ: BLKB) and HP (NYSE: HPQ).

Gwen’s expertise extends far beyond her experience in technology headhunting. She has incisive people knowledge, an ability to quickly grasp the intricacies of industries across the board, and a thorough approach to the executive searches she manages.

She was born in Pennsylvania, but “got to Texas as quickly as she could,” moving to the Lone Star State with her parents as a preschooler. After graduating from Texas State University with an applied sociology degree, Gwen married Travis Schirpik. Together they have daughters Grayson (a student-athlete at Tarleton State University), Mary, and Poppy.
